I realize that it's been over 6 months since I've written anything here, and I fancy that my absence has caused this place to be somewhat of a ghost town. Here's a little update on my life:

I lost my house in a shit-storm that I don't really want to delve too deep into. I moved into the inner city with Stefan, and we've started a new life of poverty. It's ok, and it's nice to see how the other life lives. The neighborhood is good too, except for the possibility of being knifed by a complete stranger every time I enter my front door...

Anyway, I gotta go make the bed in my living room. My mom came over & washed the sheets last week, so I've been sleeping without sheets for 8 days. Hey, I guess it's a good thing since they hadn't been taken off the bed since 2004.

Maybe after that I'll head up to Walgreens & do my grocery shopping for the month.

I try to be a nice person, but sometimes it just backfires on you, you know what I'm saying? Clyde is a bastard. He stole everything I had when I was on one of my Chipotle-induced binge-sleep comas. Just because I appear to be dead, doesn't mean I actually am. Stefan and I are left with an empty house, and a forclosure notice. I foolishly invested all of my money in a fool-proof pyramid scheme based off the book "Rich Dad, Poor Dad". I learned about it on the side of my Facebook page in one of those ads.

Now I sit here reconsidering my last post. Since I have already lost everything but Stefan & my house (don't worry, that'll be gone soon enough!), This blog may be the only thing keeping me sane. Stay tuned for updates on my life.

Oh, and Mom, if you're reading this, sorry I haven't called lately. I've just been a little busy & depressed lately. I hope you still plan on doing my laundry this week!

Retiring this blog

Given the fact that my good friend Clyde moved in with me last week, I will be retiring this blog. That should teach me to name my blog after my living situation...maybe I'll keep the tradition going and start "A Housemate Named Clyde", but I don't think so.

See, I met Clyde last week on a street corner, and he was holding a sign mentioning something about being homeless, so I asked him to move in with me. He doesn't talk much, other than mumbling to himself ALL THE TIME, but I've gotten used to it. Other than the fact that he "borrowed" my TV and brought it to his mom's house so he could watch it in peace, he's been a good guy. I think I'll lend him my car tomorrow on a whim. I feel good about the possibility of getting my TV back sometime soon, so I'll trust him with the car too.

He's also been eating lots of Taco Bell...

Here's a few haikus that I composed during my lunch break today. I almost didn't get them done because the split pea soup I brought was too hot and it burnt my tongue, which caused me to have to stand in the bathroom for the first half of my lunch hour with my mouth in the sink running my tongue under cold water. I had enough time left to write five of these, but the last one might be a little inappropriate, so I left it out! ;-)

Hello everyone! I'm glad you stumbled upon my new venture, which will hopefully gather me some more followers than my previous blog: A Roommate Named Bill. I switched domain names because I was able to sell my blog about my amazing roommate Bill Brasky to some sucker in Ohio, which gave me the money to buy this $400k house that I live in now by myself with my cat Stefan (what a cute little guy!). It's still a little empty, as I only have that Goodwill couch and my grandma's old black and white TV (although I can't afford cable and I let that converter box voucher expire. Damn!)

Either way, I'll be posting some of my poetry as well as some sweet dance moves that I've created - I'll upload those with my brand new webcam!
